Common questions
›How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Mama's Day → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Apple handles all billing and refunds; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
›I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Mama's Day and tap Restore purchases on the subscribe screen.
›How do I add the widget?
Press and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Mama's Day and pick a size. It shows what's now and next, and you can check things off right from it.
›I'm not getting reminders.
Open your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Mama's Day and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check your quiet hours in the app's settings, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing it.
›My day fell apart. Now what?
Tap Rework the rest of my day under your timeline, or just tell the planner "today's a rough day." It re-plans from now, or shrinks your list to the few things that matter. Nothing is ever marked overdue.
›What does the AI see?
Only what it needs to plan your day: today's list and timeline, what you say in the chat, and your setup answers. It isn't used to train AI models and we don't sell it. Details are in our privacy policy.
›Got a new phone? How do I get my plan back?
If you signed in with Apple, open Mama's Day on the new phone, tap Already have an account? Sign in, and your plan comes right back. (Sign in anytime under Settings → Account & backup so you're covered.)
›How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account & backup → Delete my account. That removes your account, your backup and everything on your phone. Not signed in? Deleting the app deletes everything. To delete anything else we hold (like a waitlist email), email us.
